so this is a guild wide question should i be gearing out Lyena's dps or healing set?
what does our guild need from me?
and i would greatly appriecate a list of gem cuts you guys need for you toons so i can prioritize getting those recipes for us.

Gems: Stam, stam, and more stam. Crit, int, agility, spellpower. that shoudl cover most of the gems.

And gear wise, go ahead and strap up your healing set first. That way we are covered.

Personally I think some PVP cuts would be nice, also.

Basically you need to be getting every epic gem cut you can lay your hands on, PvE focus first, followed by PvP.

In my personal opinion, use the Auction House to guide you. For instance, search for "Cardinal Ruby" and see the most expensive available cuts. These will more than likely be the most in demand. Two reasons: statistically, these have the highest chance of being the most valuable to the guild, and you will also be able to line your pockets -- allowing you to further your jewelcrafting pursuits as needed.

You can't have something that isn't be.
